Step-by-Step Guide to Printing Your Udyam Certificate
- Visit Udyam portal: The applicant will have to visit the Udyam Registration portal-https://www.udyogregister.in/
- Go to the print section: At the bottom of the homepage, click on “Print Udyam Certificate.”
- Enter your details: A login page will appear. Enter your 16-digit Udyam Registration Number (for example, UDYAM-XX-00-0000000) and the mobile number or email address used during the registration process.
- Generate and validate OTP: Choose your preferred method for receiving OTP-on mobile number or Email Address, and click “Validate & Generate OTP”. Enter the OTP received in the provided field and click on “Validate OTP & Login”.
- View and print the certificate: After successfully validating your Udyam certificate details, it will appear on the screen. Options to “Print” or “Print with Annexure” will be made available.
- Print: This only prints the main certificate.
- The “Print with Annexure” option will generate the certificate along with details of the UAM application.
- Save as PDF: Before you actually print, you can select “Save as PDF” from your print options to save it digitally for your records.

Required Details: Keep your Udyam Registration Number and registered mobile number/email ID handy.
•Validity: The Udyam Certificate has lifetime validity; hence, it does not require renewal.
- Printing: On very official occasions, printing should be done on white A4 size paper and the QR code should be distinctly visible.
